For people like me who have a neurotic tendency to have to know where words come from. I found it when I was looking for an etymology on "Fiend", which I thought would come from the dutch "Vijand". Funnily, it does, as "Vijand" can be traced back to the nordic "Fjandi", which is where our Germanic ancestors may have gotten it from, which developed into the olde english "Feond", which became "Fiend"!
