I'm talking about Norman Osborn. Ye Greene Goblinne. Spiderman's arch-foe. Steve Ditko (co-creator and penciller of the Amazing Spiderman) gave the Osborns a very distinct and unique haircut. It looks like a black man's coupe. White people's hair just doesn't grow that way, let alone people with red hair!
