Banksy. Identity unknown. He is infamous as a counter-cultural prankster. His urban-graffiti-art makes you laugh as well as it sets you to think.
I've never heard of him before I got this stumble forward from a friend of mine. But this guy is advocating an all new level of how to apply creativity to make a statement.
